Become a member
The Baveno Cooperation welcomes membership applications and actively promotes opportunities for investigators of all experience levels to join the field and fosters collaboration between experienced experts and those at various stages of their careers. Eligible candidates may come from departments of academic clinical medicine or from translational and basic science research groups. A prerequisite for consideration is a track record of research achievements in the field of portal hypertension.
The membership is free, but application must include two items:
- A formal letter expressing the interest to become a member of the Baveno Cooperation (maximum 1-page A4).
- Brief CV of the applicant(s), with a list of publications in the field of portal hypertension. (maximum 1-page A4)
The approval of the members is done by the general assembly according to the statutes
